About The Position

Rinvio is hiring apprentice-level and journeyman-level electricians for full-time, W-2 employment supporting industrial operations at a client site in Midland/Odessa, Texas. The role involves installation, upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical wiring, panels, equipment, and related systems at the jobsite. Hiring needs are immediate, but the working schedule has not yet been confirmed. Pay is $27 to $40 per hour, with weekly pay and medical, dental, and vision plans available. Requirements

At least two years of experience in the electrical trade, including commercial or industrial work; experience in both settings is not required.
Apprentice-level or journeyman-level electrician licensure, or an electrical work background that qualifies the applicant for the opportunity.
Ability to describe prior hands-on responsibilities and identify the types of electrical equipment used in past work.

Responsibilities

Install wiring and electrical equipment, including panels, according to project directions.
Maintain wiring, electrical panels, and equipment to support continued operation.
Identify causes of electrical faults and complete necessary repairs.
Use electrical drawings to understand assigned tasks and perform work according to project instructions.
Complete electrical tasks in accordance with applicable codes.
Follow site safety practices during installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work.
