About The Position

Rinvio is hiring apprentice-level and journeyman-level electricians for full-time, W-2 employment working on site with a client in Midland/Odessa, Texas. The role supports industrial operations through electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair at the jobsite. Hiring needs are immediate; the working schedule is yet to be confirmed. Pay is $27 to $40 per hour, with weekly pay and medical, dental, and vision plans available. A resume is required to apply.

Requirements

At least two years of experience in the electrical trade, including work in commercial settings or industrial environments; experience in both settings is not required.
Apprentice-level or journeyman-level electrician licensure, or an electrical work background that qualifies the applicant for the opportunity.
Ability to explain prior hands-on responsibilities and identify the types of electrical equipment used in past work.

Responsibilities

Install wiring and electrical equipment, including panels, according to project directions.
Maintain wiring, electrical panels, and equipment to support continued operation.
Identify the causes of electrical faults and make necessary repairs.
Use electrical drawings to understand assigned work and follow project instructions.
Perform electrical tasks in accordance with applicable codes.
Follow site safety practices during installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work.
