About The Position
Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide hands-on support to individuals in residential sites—helping with daily living, following service plans, and keeping homes safe and comfortable. HIT, Inc. supports people with disabilities across western North Dakota and is dedicated to helping both clients and employees grow, offering excellent on-the-job training and career advancement opportunities.
Requirements
- Knowledge and skill equivalent to the completion of a high school diploma
- Knowledge and skills necessary to perform ordinary household functions
- Good observation skills and ability to relate observations accurately, both verbally and in writing
- Knowledge and skills necessary to perform basic computer operations
- Will meet and maintain the required certifications to become a medication technician and CPR, First Aid and DD certified as required for the position.
