About The Position

Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced and dynamic RN Director – Emergency Room to lead Emergency Department operations for Tenet Health in Fort Mill, South Carolina. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, staff development, quality initiatives, patient safety, and departmental performance within a fast-paced Emergency Services environment. The Director will collaborate closely with physicians, nursing leadership, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to drive operational excellence, improve patient outcomes, and support strategic growth initiatives. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $125,000 to $190,000 annually based on experience and the opportunity to lead a critical service line within a respected healthcare organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
  • Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required within five (5) years of hire.
  • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in an acute care hospital setting.
  • At least two (2) years of experience within Emergency Services or a related specialty area.
  • Previous management or leadership experience required.
  • Active Permanent Multi-State Registered Nurse (RN) License in accordance with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) requirements.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association required.
  • Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification required.
