Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2+ years of management Experience within the vacation ownership industry
  • Proven track record to develop and communicate outstanding ideas/concepts
  • Ability to Empower and train teams
  • Proven track record to exceed performance targets and deliver customer satisfaction
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills to lead multiple duties and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to have positive daily interactions with others and influence skill set to achieve targeted goals

Nice To Haves

  • 4 years of vacation ownership and experience in marketing & sales
  • Proven track record to drive and implement site programs and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provides overall leadership and support to the team members and processes of the local marketing programs.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of new creative marketing programs that increase tour flow, with an emphasis on sustained growth, sales efficiency, and guest experience.
  • Recruits, trains, and develops Marketing Representatives.
  • Coordinates effective tour management with sales leaders, and maintains open lines of communication of new procedures, programs, and policies.
  • Leads the day-to-day operations at the resort level, including the management of Marketing Representatives, to ensure outstanding guest experience.
  • Operates in unison with Hotel Operations, Support Services, and Vendors to achieve goals.
  • Supports the Marketing department in other functions as defined by the Sr Director of Marketing.
