About The Position

Our pediatric practices are built for high-quality kids dentistry in environments designed to be fun, friendly, and efficient for families. We provide a complete non-clinical team so doctors can focus on patient care and growth. Pediatric opportunities are available within our children’s dentistry brands including: Peach Tree for Kids – Ruston and Monroe, and Snaggle Dental – West Monroe (pediatric focus; pediatric IV sedation offered).
Requirements
- DDS/DMD
- Completion of an accredited pediatric dentistry residency (board-eligible or board-certified preferred)
- Current/eligible dental licensure in the corresponding state(s)
- Doctor of Dental Surgery License (Required)
- Ability to Relocate Monroe, LA: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (Required)

Responsibilities
- Focus on patient care and growth.
- Provide pediatric dentistry services.
- Perform pediatric IV sedation (at Snaggle Dental).
- Provide dental treatment to immediate family (spouse + dependent children under 21) at no charge (lab fees apply).
- Provide dental treatment to extended family (parents/step-parents/siblings/in-laws) at a 50% discounted rate (lab fees apply).
