About The Position
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Dentist to join a well-established dental practice in Carlisle, PA. This is a FFS/PPO practice average annual collections of 1.3 million. As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages. You will work closely with the practice owner and other team members to ensure the best possible patient experience. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Current state dental license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental practice preferred
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and cleanings
- Diagnose and treat various dental conditions
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and proper dental care
- Collaborate with the practice owner and other team members to develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities
