About The Position
EmmUcare Home Health is seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical, one-on-one support to clients in their homes in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. The role helps clients remain comfortable, supported, and independent, while building relationships with the people they serve. The agency provides onboarding guidance, caregiver training, and support from its office team. Scheduling is flexible and arranged around caregiver availability and client assignments. Caregivers follow each client’s care plan and assist with personal care, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, laundry, companionship, and medication reminders. They report changes in clients’ condition or needs and document completed tasks using an electronic visit verification system. Starting pay is $11–$13 per hour, depending on the assignment and approved offer, with biweekly pay. Requirements
- Compassion, patience, and respect for each client’s privacy and preferences.
- Dependability and clear communication with clients and the office team.
- Ability to perform assigned care duties safely, with training and support.
- Reliable transportation to assigned visits.
- Ability to use a smartphone for timekeeping.

Responsibilities
- Follow each client’s care plan.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Support toileting and incontinence care while preserving dignity.
- Assist with mobility and transfers as directed in the care plan.
- Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Provide companionship, conversation, and encouragement.
- Offer medication reminders according to the care plan.
- Report changes in a client’s condition or needs to the office.
- Record completed care tasks and clock in and out using the electronic visit verification system.
