About The Position

EmmUcare Home Health is seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical, one-on-one support to clients in their homes in Rehrersburg, Pennsylvania. The role helps clients remain comfortable, supported, and independent through assistance with daily routines, companionship, and care guided by each client’s care plan. Onboarding guidance, caregiver training, and office-team support are provided. Scheduling is flexible and based on caregiver and client availability. Starting pay is $11–$13 per hour, depending on the assignment and approved offer, with biweekly pay. Requirements

Demonstrate compassion, patience, and respect for each client’s privacy and preferences.
Be dependable and communicate clearly with clients and the office team.
Be able to perform assigned care duties safely, with training and support.
Have reliable transportation to assigned visits.
Be able to use a smartphone for timekeeping.

Nice To Haves

Previous caregiving experience is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

Follow each client’s care plan.
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
Support toileting and incontinence care while preserving client dignity.
Assist with mobility and transfers as directed in the care plan.
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
Provide companionship, conversation, and encouragement.
Offer medication reminders according to the care plan.
Report changes in a client’s condition or needs to the office.
Record completed care tasks and clock in and out using the electronic visit verification system.
