About The Position

EmmUcare Home Health is seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical in-home support in Rehrersburg, Pennsylvania. Caregivers help clients remain comfortable, supported, and independent in their homes by assisting with daily routines, offering companionship, and supporting clients and their families. The role provides one-on-one care according to each client’s care plan, with onboarding guidance, caregiver training, and support from the office team. Scheduling is flexible based on caregiver and client availability. The position starts at $11–$13 per hour, depending on the assignment and approved offer, with biweekly pay. Responsibilities

Follow each client’s care plan.
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
Support toileting and incontinence care while preserving client dignity.
Assist with mobility and transfers as directed in the care plan.
Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping and laundry.
Provide companionship, conversation, and encouragement.
Offer medication reminders according to the care plan.
Report changes in a client’s condition or needs to the office.
Record completed care tasks and clock in and out using the electronic visit verification system.
