About The Position
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join our client in Lynchburg, VA. This is a 6 operatory FFS/PPO practice. Staffed with 2- hygienists, dental assistants. 2,000 new patients expected this year. CBCT and iTero in this digital practice. Competitive compensation. 5 days a week. As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages. You will work alongside our experienced team of dentists, hygienists, and support staff to deliver comprehensive and compassionate dental services. This is a full-time, permanent position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within our practice.
Requirements
- DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school
- Active dental license in the state of Virginia
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a dental practice
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Strong work ethic and dedication to providing exceptional patient care
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Perform routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Diagnose and treat oral health issues
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
- Collaborate with our team to develop treatment plans for patients
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and techniques in dentistry
- Build and maintain relationships with patients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the practice
