About The Position

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our client in this practice in Blacksburg, VA. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package. Tentative start date in October, working 5 days a week. Staffed with a hygienist, 2 dental assistants and 2 front desk staff in this 4 operatory practice. This is a FFS/PPO practice with competitive compensation and benefits package. Digital practice and equipped with iTero scanner.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
• Active state dental license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental practice
• Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of dental procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care

Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and cleanings
• Diagnose and treat various dental conditions and diseases
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
• Collaborate with dental team to ensure quality patient care
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
• Stay current on industry advancements and best practices
• Uphold high ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality
