About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, training, and access to established books of business, value-added services, networking opportunities, and a multi-line product portfolio. The role offers performance-based compensation under a 1099 arrangement, enhanced commissions, incentives, production bonuses, and a sign-on bonus. Producers may work in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.

• Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
