About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to serve educators and their families by helping address their financial challenges and safeguard their current assets while supporting their financial success and retirement goals. The producer offers auto, home, and life insurance products, as well as retirement and financial solutions designed for educators.

The role offers uncapped earning potential, professional training, and performance-based compensation, including enhanced commissions and incentives during the first 36 months. Producers can prospect and work within established books of business while building their own practice. There is no external office requirement. The position reports to the Regional Field Leader (Agency Consultant).

Requirements

• Ability to obtain resident General Lines – Life and Health license and Property and Casualty license.
• Comfort presenting information to potential customers individually and in large groups.
• Willingness to invest time and resources to ensure business success.
