About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent and hands-on industry experience, with training and support to build a client base and grow an independent business. The role involves working with educators through one-on-one and group presentations, community and networking events, and ongoing client and market relationship development. Work may be in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. Compensation is performance-based under a 1099 arrangement, with commissions, incentives, bonuses, and a sign-on bonus.

• Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
