About The Position

Perform all tasks associated with the Final Finishing of the AvaDent Digital Denture product.

Requirements

  • The Finishing technician should be a Certified Dental Lab Technician (CDT) or have comparable training and experience.
  • Computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

  • Review case notes
  • Review color maps
  • Refine work orders as needed to meet AvaDent Standard
  • Check work orders into Final QC
  • Perform post Final QC refinements as needed
  • Rescan if changes are made and confirm resulting color maps
  • Flow Bond returning ATI's
  • Finish/Polish flow bonded cases
  • Finish as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Alert Manager of any repair needs of other areas of concern with regard to the facility
  • Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment
  • Assist in manufacturing processes as directed
  • Assist in engineering processes as directed
  • Perform a variety of tasks to support the day to day operations of the business
