About The Position
Perform all tasks associated with the Final Finishing of the AvaDent Digital Denture product.
Requirements
- The Finishing technician should be a Certified Dental Lab Technician (CDT) or have comparable training and experience.
- Computer skills are required.
Responsibilities
- Review case notes
- Review color maps
- Refine work orders as needed to meet AvaDent Standard
- Check work orders into Final QC
- Perform post Final QC refinements as needed
- Rescan if changes are made and confirm resulting color maps
- Flow Bond returning ATI's
- Finish/Polish flow bonded cases
- Finish as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Alert Manager of any repair needs of other areas of concern with regard to the facility
- Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment
- Assist in manufacturing processes as directed
- Assist in engineering processes as directed
- Perform a variety of tasks to support the day to day operations of the business
