About The Position

Aspen Dental is hiring an entry-level Digital Denture Lab Technician to learn digital denture production through a paid training program. The role uses digital technology and artistic skills to create dentures and support better patient outcomes. Technicians have access to industry-leading equipment, instruments, thought leaders, and certified trainers, and work with dentists and other dental team members to provide patient care.

Requirements

• Computer and technical aptitude, including the ability to navigate digital tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of varied ages and backgrounds.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to pass a hands-on skill assessment or bench test.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
• Willingness to travel for a 15+ week training period.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a dental office is a plus.
• Ability to relocate is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with dentists to support optimum patient satisfaction.
• Print and fabricate dentures.
• Complete prosthetic repairs, relines, and re-bases.
• Assist with preparing laboratory supply orders.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
