About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Dental Laboratory Full Technician / Denture Technician to fabricate full and partial dentures, same-day dentures, implant-supported dentures, and removable dental prosthetics. This hands-on position completes denture fabrication from start to finish, including setting teeth, denture waxing, wire bending, finishing, processing, repairs, relines, occlusal rims, and custom trays. The role focuses on accuracy, quality, function, and esthetics throughout the fabrication process in a fast-paced, team-oriented laboratory. Qualified technicians may periodically serve as Associate Lab Manager when the laboratory manager is absent. The position also offers opportunities to cross-train across laboratory departments and production areas and to develop technical and leadership skills. This is a full-time, consistent Monday–Friday position during standard daytime business hours of the dental laboratory and dental practice.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Hands-on experience fabricating dentures from start to finish.
Ability to demonstrate proficiency through a hands-on dental laboratory bench assessment.
Experience with denture fabrication, processing, finishing, and related laboratory procedures.
Ability to work effectively with hands and maintain strong attention to detail.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented dental laboratory.
Ability and willingness to follow OSHA and dental laboratory safety protocols.
Ability to cross-train and perform multiple dental laboratory functions.

Nice To Haves

Same-day denture fabrication experience; preferred but not required.
Experience with implant-supported dentures.
Experience with implant overdentures.
Experience with removable prosthetics and complete denture fabrication.
Previous experience serving as a lead or senior dental laboratory technician.
Interest in developing dental laboratory leadership and management skills.
Experience working in a high-volume or patient-focused dental laboratory.

Responsibilities

Fabricate full and partial dentures from start to finish.
Perform denture waxing, tooth setting, wire bending, finishing, and processing.
Fabricate and complete same-day dentures when required.
Work on implant-supported dentures and overdenture cases.
Complete denture relines, repairs, occlusal rims, and custom trays.
Maintain accuracy, quality, function, and esthetics throughout denture fabrication.
Perform hands-on dental laboratory procedures in a fast-paced production environment.
Serve periodically as Associate Lab Manager in the laboratory manager’s absence when qualified.
Follow applicable OSHA protocols, laboratory safety procedures, and workplace standards.
Cross-train in multiple dental laboratory departments and production areas.
Collaborate with dental laboratory technicians and other team members to complete cases efficiently.
Perform other duties as assigned.
