About The Position

As an entry-level Denture Lab Technician - Digital at Aspen Dental, you will learn digital denture production through a paid training program and use your technology and artistic skills to create dentures that improve patients’ lives. You will have access to industry-leading equipment, instruments, thought leaders, and certified trainers. The role involves collaborating with dentists and the dental team to support patient satisfaction and care, fabricating and repairing dentures, and assisting with laboratory supply orders. The position is full-time, with a stated salary of $24–$28 per hour. Travel is required for a training period of 15 or more weeks; ability to relocate is strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Computer and technical aptitude, including the ability to navigate a digital world.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to pay attention to details.
• Ability to pass a hands-on skill assessment or bench test.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
• Willingness to travel for a 15+ week training period.

Responsibilities
