Entry Level Bilingual Dental Lab Technician
About The Position
Nuvia Dental Implant Center is hiring an entry-level bilingual Dental Lab Technician to perform processes that help create patients’ smiles within 24 hours. The position includes 3–4 months of paid, hands-on training at the company’s lab in Salt Lake City, Utah. Travel expenses during training, including flights, lodging, and transportation, will be covered. The employee will travel to the closest center for on-site training. Shifts begin between 5 a.m. and 8 a.m., Monday through Friday, and last 8.5 hours. The role may require working overnight or during the day as needed. Starting pay is $20 per hour, increasing to $32 per hour after training. The position reports directly to the Center Manager.
Requirements
- Be fluent in Spanish.
- Be willing to work overnight or during the day as needed.
- Maintain a professional presentation and follow Nuvia’s dress code.
- Travel to the closest center for on-site training.
Responsibilities
- Perform assigned processes to create patients’ smiles within 24 hours.
- Finish work on or before the assigned time.
- Manage time efficiently and prioritize cases.
- Maintain communication with the Center Manager, Assistant Manager, Design and CAM departments, and the rest of the lab team.
- Assist with lifting chairs, desks, and boxes when needed.
