Responsibilities
- Handle patient and client inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Provide accurate information on services, appointments, billing, and general support
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM and support systems
- Follow up with patients and clients to ensure full resolution and satisfaction
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate department
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
- Meet part time shift requirements and service quality standards
