About The Position
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, maintaining store appearance, operating the cash register, and handling customer returns. This role requires a good understanding of collegiate sports and local university activities to better assist customers.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work a schedule based upon the business needs – including holidays, nights, and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Greet and acknowledge all customers
- Assist customers with locating merchandise
- Fold, size, and replenish merchandise
- Assist in cleaning the store, cash wrap, and fitting rooms
- Assist in merchandise displays
- Communicate with the management staff any customer requests/concerns
- Operate the cash register by ringing up customer sales
- Assist in completion of customer returns & adhering to the company policy
- Assist brand reps in customer service & the Checkout Experience (email capture, following return policy, etc.)
- Develop a working knowledge of collegiate sports and local university activities
