About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 0–2 years of consumer finance or related experience.
• Cash-handling, computer, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's or bachelor's degree.
• Bilingual Spanish/English.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and solicit individuals visiting the office or calling by phone.
• Receive and process credit and employment verifications, and record the information obtained.
• Process payments and distributions, make recommendations regarding loan approvals, approve loans within established lending limits, and complete loan closings.
• Handle account activities related to collection accounts, including phone calls and face-to-face customer communications.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, transaction documentation, and records; file documentation.
• Operate the cash drawer, process bank deposits, maintain records and balances, and close the branch.
• Actively market branch products and services to individuals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
