We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our customers by phone and in writing. You’ll help with questions, solve issues, and keep records up to date. This role is about giving clear, helpful service and making sure each customer gets the support they need.

Requirements

  • High school diploma and a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Strong typing and basic computer skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS systems, i.e., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Word.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Maintains a high level of professionalism with clients and establishes a positive rapport with every caller.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer questions by phone, email, and other written messages.
  • Listen carefully and work to understand each customer’s needs.
  • Look into issues and follow up until they’re resolved.
  • Share accurate information and use the right tools and systems.
  • Handle routine requests and some that need a bit more problem-solving.
  • Keep records clear, complete, and up to date.
  • Work with others when a customer needs extra support.
  • Communicate clearly and kindly.
  • Stay calm when things get busy.
  • Pay attention to detail.
  • Spot a problem and take steps to fix it.
  • Use computer systems and learn new tools.
  • Manage routine work and adjust when the situation changes.
  • Bring a positive, respectful approach to every customer interaction.
