About The Position

Requirements

• Active Utah cosmetology license in good standing.
• At least one year of industry experience in a salon or cosmetology education setting.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, including the ability to inspire, coach, and lead a room.
• A genuine passion for teaching and helping others grow.

Responsibilities

• Lead students through the full guest experience, from greeting and consultation to service completion, rebooking, and take-home recommendations.
• Deliver mini-classes and learning centers using Paul Mitchell's objective-based education system.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain service quality, cleanliness, and state board sanitation standards.
• Teach product knowledge through the Take Home Recommendation program for guests and students.
• Complete student evaluations, Service Tickets, and educational assessments to track and recognize student growth.
• Model professionalism, passion, and artistry.
