milk + honey•Fort Worth, TX

About The Position

As a Licensed Nail Technician at milk + honey, you’ll provide personalized nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and gel polish applications, in a relaxing spa setting. Through skilled techniques, attention to detail, and a clean, welcoming treatment space, you’ll help guests feel cared for and restored. Newly licensed technicians can participate in a novice program with paid training; professional experience is not required for that program. Ongoing paid training and education are provided from day one, and a continuing education fund grows as technicians advance in levels. The schedule requires availability for morning and evening shifts, including at least one weekend day each week—Saturday or Sunday. Specific days and shift start times vary by location and available position. Medical, dental, and vision coverage is available after 30 days for team members working 28 or more hours per week. Other benefits include paid time off from day one, a 401(k) with company match after six months, company-paid life and AD&D insurance, discounts on products and services, and a referral bonus.
