About The Position

The Nail Technician provides manicure, pedicure, and other nail services and treatments that improve guests’ sense of well-being and enhance the club experience. The role works with the LifeSpa and Salon team to deliver a superior experience in a professional atmosphere while supporting the organization’s mission, vision, and core values.

Compensation includes a base hourly rate equivalent to minimum wage, plus incentive pay of 10% to 33% depending on team member productivity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of nail technician experience.
• Cosmetology license in the state where the work is performed.
• Nail technician certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nail services and treatments that meet clients’ needs and expectations.
• Educate clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments.
• Discuss options with clients to determine their individual needs.
• Provide nail care services, including natural nail manicures, pedicures, and paraffin treatments.
• Promote and sell nail products, services, and treatments, and encourage repeat business.
• Remain current on certifications and industry trends.
