About The Position
Radkin Concierge provides elevated concierge services for luxury residential communities nationwide. Our Front Desk Concierge team serves as the primary point of contact for residents, guests, property management, board members, vendors, and service providers. We are seeking polished, professional individuals committed to delivering exceptional white-glove service and maintaining a luxury front-of-house presence.
Requirements
- Previous concierge / hospitality / hotel / customer experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and luxury presentation standards
- Ability to remain composed and professional in high-volume scenarios
- Comfortable using / learning BuildingLink, TekControl, ConciergeLink, Verdalink, etc
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required
- Open to rotating weekends and holiday coverage as needed
Responsibilities
- Welcome residents and guests with hospitality, professionalism, and Radkin brand standards
- Maintain lobby presence and ensure a luxury arrival environment
- Log and manage visitors, vendors, and contractors using building access systems
- Assist with package handling, deliveries, and service coordination
- Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with all stakeholders
- Complete shift passdowns and follow Radkin SOP expectations
- Support emergency, urgent response, and building safety protocols as needed
