About The Position

Apple Autos is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join their team as a Concierge/Cashier. This part-time position does not require prior experience, as training will be provided. The role involves providing excellent customer service while handling financial transactions related to vehicle services. Requirements

Responsibilities

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and debit card payments.
Provide receipts and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
Assist customers with questions related to billing, payments, and pricing.
Coordinate with service and quick lube departments to ensure smooth financial transactions.
Maintain and organize cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions.
Handle customer concerns and direct them to the appropriate department if needed.
Uphold company policies and procedures regarding financial transactions.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized cashier station.
Assist in daily rental transactions.
Ensure repair orders are scanned daily into the DMS.
