About The Position

The Framer helps customers find products and develops customer relationships while creating memorable custom framing solutions for their art. The role delivers sales and production results, completes framing orders accurately and on time, and maintains assigned store and framing areas. It also supports store operations, customer service, safety, merchandising, inventory replenishment, and omnichannel processes.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills.
• Basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, stretching, moving throughout the store, standing for long periods, lifting heavy boxes and frames, and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and company programs, policies, and standards to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Build customer relationships and create custom framing solutions using the Elevated ABC Deliver approach; deliver sales and production results.
• Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Provide friendly customer service, help customers find products, and maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, maintain a positive attitude in difficult situations, promote the organization’s vision and values, and serve as a positive role model.
• Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes, ensuring truck standards are followed and completed within budget.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash according to standards.
• Acknowledge customers, help locate products, and provide solutions.
• Assist with omnichannel processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
