About The Position

The Framer builds customer relationships while creating memorable custom framing solutions. The role also helps customers find products, maintains a safe and clean store environment, and supports store operations. Framing orders must be completed to a high standard of quality and on time. The position includes customer service, merchandising and replenishment, cash handling, truck unloading and stocking, and support for safety and shrink programs. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills.
• Basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching; moving throughout the store; standing for long periods; lifting heavy boxes and frames; and accessing high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.
• Applicants in the U.S. must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and create custom framing solutions.
• Deliver sales and production results.
• Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Provide friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and offer solutions.
• Maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store and a safe, clean, clutter-free environment.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures, company programs, policies, and standards.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner and model the organization’s vision and values.
• Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes, following truck standards and budget requirements.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash according to standards.
• Assist with omnichannel processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
