About The Position

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in property inspections, HOA/condominium management, property management, real estate, or a related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional demeanor.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple communities.
• Have and maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to walk outdoors and inspect properties in varying weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in property inspections, HOA/condo management, or real estate is preferred.
• Experience using property management software (Vantaca is a plus).
• Familiarity with mobile inspection tools or property management platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine drive-by violation and common area inspections as assigned.
• Use company inspection software to capture photos and written documentation in a timely fashion to the standards set by the company.
• Complete follow-up inspections as directed by Community Manager.
• Participate in preparing the monthly inspection schedule.
• Communicate observed violations to the Community Manager and assist with documentation needed for enforcement actions.
• Stay informed of updates to HOA rules and assist in maintaining accurate records in Vantaca.
• Ensure compliance with community governing documents (CC&Rs, Rules & Regulations, Architectural Guidelines)
• Other duties as assigned.
