About The Position
Advanced Cleaning Solutions is a professional commercial cleaning company that provides disinfection services that are supported by stringent quality control practices, time-tested processes, tracking, and oversight. We are currently hiring and seeking an experienced cleaning professional who can maintain and provide quality service and client satisfaction. We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Cleaning & General Maintenance Associate to support the cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of our facilities. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate is bilingual, physically capable, and comfortable performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks across multiple locations.
Requirements
- Bilingual required
- Must be able to travel to multiple locations
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to safely transport employees to and from job sites
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma preferred, but not required
- Previous cleaning or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintain restrooms, common areas, and workspaces to high cleanliness standards
- Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively
- Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while completing assigned duties
- Complete repetitive tasks with consistency and attention to quality
- Travel to and work at multiple locations as assigned
- Transport employees to and from assigned work sites in a safe and timely manner
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly
