About The Position

Requirements

• Nationally accredited Personal Training certification required.
• Current CPR/AED certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and educate members.
• Professional, dependable, and punctual.
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed.

Nice To Haves

• Personal training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one and small group personal training sessions that support members' fitness goals.
• Assess members' movement patterns, posture, fitness level, and physical needs to develop individualized exercise programs.
• Educate members on proper exercise techniques and the safe use of fitness equipment.
• Provide guidance, motivation, and accountability to help members achieve measurable health and wellness outcomes.
• Recommend additional fitness programs, services, or resources that support members' overall well-being.
• Foster positive relationships with members while delivering exceptional customer service and creating an inclusive fitness environment.
• Maintain accurate client records and stay current on industry best practices and certifications.
• Support overall Fitness Center operations and assist with additional responsibilities as assigned.
