About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Certified Personal Trainer to deliver mobile personal training at clients’ homes, offices, and organizations. The role offers flexibility and autonomy, with clients provided directly and no gym rent, sales quotas, or reliance on walk-in traffic. Trainers design personalized programs, conduct reassessments, and manage sessions using the GYMGUYZ App. The position includes ongoing development, performance bonuses, and opportunities to progress into Master Trainer and leadership roles. Compensation is $30–$40 per hour, plus performance bonuses. The schedule is part-time. Trainers travel between sessions and use mobile and web apps to manage training, client notes, and communication.

Requirements

Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM.
Hold CPR/AED certification.
Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between sessions.
Be comfortable using mobile and web apps, such as Mindbody and Trainerize, to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
Demonstrate excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.

Responsibilities

Manage schedules efficiently.
Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate progress.
