About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Certified Personal Trainer to provide mobile personal training at clients’ homes, offices, and other locations. Trainers deliver personalized coaching without working from a traditional gym or having sales quotas. The role offers a flexible schedule, with full-time work preferred, and compensation of $40–$55 per hour plus performance bonuses and growth opportunities. The trainer designs individualized programs and conducts reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App, manages their schedule, tracks client progress, and motivates clients toward their goals. Trainers collaborate with a supportive team and represent GYMGUYZ’s DRIVE values: Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence. Paid onboarding, ongoing development, and potential advancement into Master Trainer and leadership roles are offered.

Requirements

Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM.
Be CPR/AED certified.
Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between sessions.
Be comfortable using mobile and web apps to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
Demonstrate excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.
