About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Certified Personal Trainer to deliver mobile personal training at clients’ homes, offices, and other organizations. Trainers work with clients who want coaching, without gym rent, sales quotas, or waiting for walk-ins. The position offers flexible scheduling and autonomy, with clients provided through the GYMGUYZ franchise. The trainer will create and deliver personalized programs, motivate clients, track progress, and conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App. The role also involves managing schedules and client information through mobile and web apps, traveling between sessions, and collaborating with a supportive team. Compensation is $31–$50 per hour plus performance bonuses. The franchise offers paid onboarding, ongoing development, and potential growth into Master Trainer and leadership roles.

Requirements

Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM.
Be CPR/AED certified.
Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between sessions.
Be comfortable using mobile and web apps to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
Demonstrate excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.

Responsibilities
