About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Certified Personal Trainer to deliver mobile personal training at clients’ homes, offices, and organizations. Trainers work independently with clients while receiving client referrals and support from a nationwide fitness network. The role offers flexible part-time to full-time scheduling, compensation of $25–$35 per hour, performance bonuses, paid onboarding, ongoing development, and opportunities to advance into Master Trainer and leadership roles. The trainer creates personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App, conducts reassessments, manages their schedule, tracks client progress, and motivates clients. The position requires travel between sessions and use of mobile and web apps for session management, client notes, and communication.

Requirements

Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM.
Be CPR/AED certified.
Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between sessions.
Be comfortable using mobile and web apps, such as Mindbody and Trainerize, to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
Have excellent communication skills, professionalism, and energy.
