About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Certified Personal Trainer to deliver mobile personal training at clients’ homes, offices, and other organizations. The role offers autonomy and a flexible schedule, with clients provided directly and no facility rent or sales quotas. Trainers create personalized programs, conduct reassessments, track client results, and motivate clients using the GYMGUYZ App. The position also involves managing schedules and collaborating with a supportive team. Compensation is $30–$40 per hour, with performance bonuses and opportunities for growth. The franchise is independently owned and operated, and hiring decisions are made by its franchisee.

Requirements

• Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM.
• Be CPR/AED certified.
• Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between sessions.
• Be comfortable using mobile and web apps to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Manage the training schedule efficiently.
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins.
• Collaborate with the team.
