About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Certified Personal Trainer to deliver mobile fitness coaching at clients’ homes, offices, and organizations. Trainers design personalized programs, lead engaging training sessions, reassess client progress, and help clients track results. The role offers flexible scheduling, autonomy, and the support of a nationwide fitness-professional network. Compensation is $30–$50 per hour, with performance bonuses and growth opportunities. The franchise is independently owned and operated; applications and hiring decisions are handled by the franchisee.

Requirements

• Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM.
• Maintain CPR/AED certification.
• Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between sessions.
• Be comfortable using mobile and web apps, such as Mindbody and Trainerize, to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
• Have excellent communication skills, professionalism, and energy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Manage the training schedule efficiently.
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate their progress.
• Collaborate with a supportive team.
