About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Certified Personal Trainer to deliver mobile fitness training at clients’ homes, offices, and organizations. Trainers create personalized programs, conduct reassessments, manage their schedules, motivate clients, track results, and collaborate with a supportive team. The role offers flexible part-time to full-time scheduling, with compensation of $25–$35 per hour plus performance bonuses and growth opportunities. Trainers represent GYMGUYZ’s core values: Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence (DRIVE).

Requirements

• Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM.
• Be CPR/AED certified.
• Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between sessions.
• Be comfortable using mobile and web apps to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Manage schedules efficiently.
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins.
