About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Certified Personal Trainer to deliver mobile personal training in clients’ homes, offices, and organizations. Trainers work with clients who are seeking coaching, without gym rent, sales quotas, or reliance on walk-in traffic. The role offers autonomy and a flexible part-time schedule, with compensation of $31–$50 per hour plus performance bonuses. The trainer will design personalized programs and conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App, motivate clients, track their results, and manage their schedule. The position includes paid onboarding, ongoing development, support from a nationwide fitness network, recertification discounts, recognition programs, and a potential growth path into Master Trainer and leadership roles. Trainers are expected to represent GYMGUYZ’s DRIVE values: Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence.

Requirements

Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM.
Be CPR/AED certified.
Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between sessions.
Be comfortable using mobile and web apps to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
Demonstrate excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.
