About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Certified Personal Trainer to deliver mobile personal training at clients’ homes, offices, and organizations. The trainer will provide individualized coaching without gym rent or sales quotas, using the GYMGUYZ App to design programs and conduct reassessments. The role offers autonomy in managing a schedule, support from a nationwide network of fitness professionals, and opportunities to grow into Master Trainer and leadership roles.

Requirements

• Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM.
• Be CPR/AED certified.
• Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between sessions.
• Be comfortable using mobile and web apps, such as Mindbody and Trainerize, to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
• Have excellent communication skills, professionalism, and energy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Manage the training schedule efficiently.
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate their progress.
• Collaborate with a supportive team.
