About The Position
GYMGUYZ is hiring a Certified Personal Trainer to deliver mobile personal training at clients’ homes, offices, and organizations. Trainers receive clients through the company and work without gym rent or sales quotas. The role offers autonomy and schedule flexibility, along with opportunities for development and advancement into Master Trainer and leadership roles. Compensation is $30–$40 per hour, with performance bonuses. This is a part-time position.
Requirements
- Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM.
- Be CPR/AED certified.
- Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between sessions.
- Be comfortable using mobile and web apps to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.
Responsibilities
- Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
- Design personalized training programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
- Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
- Manage the training schedule efficiently.
- Motivate clients, track their results, and celebrate their achievements.
- Collaborate with a supportive team.
- Represent GYMGUYZ’s core values of Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence (DRIVE) in each session.
