About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Certified Personal Trainer to deliver mobile personal training at clients’ homes, offices, and organizations. The role offers flexible part-time to full-time scheduling, with clients provided by the business and no gym rent or sales quotas. Trainers design and deliver individualized fitness programs, track client progress, and manage sessions using the GYMGUYZ App and other mobile or web apps. The position offers $33–$40 per hour, performance bonuses, paid onboarding, ongoing development, and opportunities to advance into Master Trainer and leadership roles. The franchise is independently owned and operated, and hiring decisions are made by its franchisee.

Requirements

• Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM.
• Hold current CPR/AED certification.
• Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between sessions.
• Be comfortable using mobile and web apps, such as Mindbody and Trainerize, to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
• Design personalized training programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Conduct reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Manage the training schedule efficiently.
• Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate their progress.
• Collaborate with the team.
