About The Position

GYMGUYZ is hiring a Certified Personal Trainer to deliver mobile personal training at clients’ homes, offices, and other organizations. The role offers flexible scheduling, with part-time to full-time options, and compensation of $30–$40 per hour plus performance bonuses. Trainers receive clients through the company and work without gym rent or sales quotas. The trainer designs and delivers personalized sessions, reassesses clients using the GYMGUYZ App, manages scheduling and client records, tracks progress, and motivates clients. The position includes paid onboarding, ongoing development, support from a nationwide network of fitness professionals, and potential growth into Master Trainer and leadership roles.

Requirements

Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, or ACSM.
Hold current CPR/AED certification; this is required.
Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between sessions.
Be comfortable using mobile and web apps to manage sessions, client notes, and communication.
Demonstrate excellent communication, professionalism, and energy.

Responsibilities

Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions.
Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App.
Conduct client reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
Manage schedules efficiently.
Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate their progress.
Collaborate with a supportive team.
