About The Position

Join a team that powers the magic behind the scenes. The Enterprise Sourcing team is a strategic partner across the company, driving excellence in stakeholder collaboration, vendor management, and sourcing innovation. We work closely with leaders across Disney Entertainment , ESPN , and Disney Experiences —including brands like Pixar , Marvel , Lucasfilm , Searchlight , Disney+ , Hulu , ABC , FX , and more—to ensure initiatives are supported by best-in-class sourcing strategies. We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist with experience in Marketing Sourcing , specifically in Digital & Social . This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and collaborative partner who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. Reporting to the Category Manager, Marketing Sourcing , this role offers the opportunity to influence high-impact Marketing initiatives and drive value across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing Sourcing, Strategic Sourcing, or related field.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills – able to collaborate and communicate effectively across teams.
  • Understanding of the full Strategic Sourcing lifecycle including strategy development, RFx, contract negotiation and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Professional, customer-focused, and highly organized with strong project management capabilities.
  • Resourceful and effective at managing projects independently.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Implement sourcing strategies for Digital & Social, with flexibility to support additional Marketing categories as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and innovation across Digital & Social, while ensuring alignment with Marketing and Finance goals.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration and explore innovative sourcing models to unlock enterprise-wide value.
  • Build strong relationships with Marketing and Finance partners to understand their strategic priorities and deliver tailored sourcing solutions.
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships that support shared objectives, service expectations, and performance outcomes.
  • Monitor market trends and vendor capabilities to inform sourcing decisions and mitigate risk.
