About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years of experience as RN in an outpatient environment.
• Experience with third party payers including Medi-Cal and CCS.
• Knowledge of JCAHO, CDPH and CCS regulations.
• Ability to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others.
• Ability to provide leadership.
• Ability to be assertive and consistent in enforcing policies.

• Previous experience in a pediatric ambulatory care setting.
• Candidates with a degree in progress will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of operations for CHOC clinics.
• Ensuring compliance with hospital and Specialty Clinics policy and procedures.
• Recruiting and staffing for the clinics.
• Managing operational flow.
• Facilitating billing and revenue cycle management.
