About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, or equivalent experience required
• Five (5) years of systems analysis experience required
• Knowledge of enterprise-wide applications (e.g., third-party software and internal operational applications, etc.) or IQVIA client-facing applications and products.
• Demonstrated ability to understand client requirements as well as underlying infrastructure applications, systems, and processes necessary for their implementation.
• Thorough knowledge of IQVIA data and current systems.

Responsibilities

• Under general direction, defines and formalizes the scope and objectives of systems based on user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and requirements.
• Designs or modifies procedures to solve complex problems, considering equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and the form of desired results.
• Understands the analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and their translation into appropriate system specifications.
• Mentors and advises less-experienced business systems analysts.
• Capable of working at the highest technical level in most phases of systems analysis, while considering the business implications of applying technologies in the current and future environment.
