About The Position
Lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of the Fiserv DNA core banking platform to support Clients Credit’s transition into regulated banking operations.
Requirements
- 10+ years core banking experience with strong hands-on Fiserv DNA implementation.
- Strong knowledge of core integrations and banking operations.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in greenfield bank setup or bank charter conversion preferred.
Responsibilities
- Architect and configure Fiserv DNA core banking modules (Deposits, Loans, GL, Payments, Customer Information File).
- Lead core conversion, product setup, and regulatory configuration aligned to banking license requirements.
- Design integrations with digital onboarding (Mantl), fraud/decisioning (Alloy), and downstream systems.
- Drive data migration, testing strategy (SIT/UAT), and go-live planning.
- Ensure compliance with FDIC, OCC, BSA/AML, and other regulatory requirements.
- Provide production support and performance optimization post go-live
